  1. My health goals are all related to regaining lost ground because of auto-immune disease. I completely relate to your statement, “feels like nothing but an excuse.” I get frustrated with myself sometimes because I am not further along in “getting better.” I have to remind myself that my wellness journey is also not going to look like anyone else’s.
You are so right about focusing on the smaller things – they do build up over time.

    1. It’s a constant struggle, isn’t it? My brother and my dad both have the same autoimmune disease and they act differently, so it makes it even harder. But good luck in your journey!

  2. My mom had some troubles with her thyroid a few years back (related to her Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome) and after having it removed she still has many problems related to that, so it’s definitely a difficult thing to go through. That so great that you’re wanting to drink more water as well! I started drinking it more last year, and it has helped me so much health wise!!

  3. Good luck with your goals, Laura! I’m sure that with hard work, you will be able to make yourself strong enough (physically and mentally) to handle whatever life throws at you 🙂
