May 2015 Goals
Well, now that we’re already five days into May, I’ve actually accomplished a lot of my monthly goals already since so many of them are related to finals. Even though April was quiet around here, my life was definitely not quiet. I’ve managed to actually gain a social life in the middle of my hardest semester ever, and between that and busting out papers left and right, I was exhausted.
Now that most of my work is done, I can take the time to just breathe. And it feels amazing. So, without further ado, let’s look at April’s goals:
April Goals
-Get a good grade on my semiotic analysis paper
-write my second short story for my Advanced Fiction class
-stay up to date with reading All the Pretty Horses for my Texas Crossroads class
-start packing to move back home
-apply for more internships (always good to have options)-finish my History of Rock and Roll class
-start the clean desk policy again. NEED THIS IN MY LIFE.
-adjust to my new planner system (yep…. I ditched the Day Designer)-participate in Writerology’s Write Chain everyday – 500 words a day
– get ahead on blog posts again
-do lots of back end work on Ginger + Books
-read four books just because reading is fun!
Er, well, a lot of the things I did in April are not actually on here because I don’t think I realized at the time what I was about to stumble into. Now, some May goals:
MAY GOALS
-finish my Audience Research & Analysis term paper
-turn in my Advanced Composition Dental Draft
-read my book for my book review
-write my book review
-pack up and go home
-start new internship
-get ahead on blog posts
-build up my mailing list
-Write The Assassin every day
-Work on some other works I have up my sleeve
-start walking more often, i’ve been really bad lately about walking and hitting my goals
-figure out a social media schedule
-100 ounces of water every day
What are some of your goals for this month?
