So many books, so little time. Quarter four is her

So many books, so little time. Quarter four is here and I am *feeling* the crunch. Not the crunch of fall leaves but of time! I need 30+ books to read to hit my 100 book goal for the year.

And you know what? I bet I don't hit it. I have more words to write, and I want that more than the read books goal. But that doesn't mean I'm going to just stop reading. October is the month I lean into more of the horror side of thriller and this year, there are a few here this year, too.

A new month and patiently waiting for fall tempera

A new month and patiently waiting for fall temperatures to arrive. I've felt antsy as summer should wind down, but it's time to buckle up and focus on what's left for the rest of the year.

In fact, planning out Quarter 4 through #hb90 is one of my big goals for September.

The other two?

Read 10 books - My 100 book goal is in danger if I don't get this train rolling soon.

Write 50,000 words in PROJECT WHISPER - I'm a goal for 300,000 words this year and this will definitely help.

And today is the day we go back and start PROJECT WHISPER. I can't wait to tell you all about it some day, but for now, it's a secret. 🤫
